Dr. André Goy
Dr. André Goy is our 2025 Ezra Greenspan Award recipient!
Dr. Goy is Physician-in-Chief for Hackensack Meridian Health Oncology Servicesand Chairman of the John Theurer Cancer Center. He leads JTCC’s LymphomaProgram and is known for his work in aggressive lymphoma and mantle celllymphoma. He introduced the genomics liquid biopsies technology platform tosupport precision and personalized medicine in cancer patients, and CAR T celltherapy, the most transforming cancer therapy in over 3 decades. Dr Goy believescell therapy empowers our immune system to cure cancer.
Dr. Goy advocates lifestyle changes, exercise, and nutrition, especially a plantbaseddiet. Some patients stopped 6 or 7 medications in 6 months after switchingto a plant based diet.
After completing medical school at the University Joseph Fourier School of Medicine in Grenoble, France, Dr Goy received his training in Hematology/Oncology, and Immunology at The University Hospital System and Pasteur Institute in Paris. For over 15 years prior to joining HMH and John Theurer Cancer Center, he was on faculty at Memorial Sloan-Kettering in NY and at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. Dr Goy is currently enrolled in the E-MBA program at MIT class 2026.
